Gimme a Fri-Five! In his acceptance speech last night, Obama described education as the “surest path to the middle-class”.  Why not say “surest path to a better life?” The term middle-class draws a comparison to mediocrity. Glenn Beck Tweeted this…I’m embarrassed to agree with him, but still can’t shake that thought.  Maybe Peter Thiel and the rest of the “New Establishment” needs to say something here Apple wants to build it’s own Pandora? Will I use this over Spotify? Check out Burn Wall Street, my favorite installation at Burning Man this year Enjoy the track, “Everyday” from Eric Prydz The Instagram/Facebook deal finally closed, with Facebook down 50% did Instagram get the deal of the century? How much is the deal down from the pre-IPO negotiations? How will they be integrated? I think they should coin this deal “the Bored Room” as Facebook no longer has to compete with Instagram for page views spawned out of procrastination.    Ok I’m going to get back to work…errrr…going to look at photos on Facestagram…have a great weekend and always watch the elbow!
